At Dunyadan Lymphatic Recovery, we understand that travel plans, surgery schedules, and recovery timelines may change. Our refund and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our therapists.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice are considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.
Package Bookings
Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be rescheduled within 6 months of the original purchase date, subject to therapist availability.
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Medical Postponements
If your surgeon or healthcare provider advises postponing lymphatic drainage treatment, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your sessions based on availability.
Supporting documentation may be requested in certain situations.
Therapist Delays or Cancellations
If Dunyadan Lymphatic Recovery must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to therapist availability, illness, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
- A replacement appointment time, or
- A refund for the affected session.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
